| Dr.
Erlich has more than 25 years experience in transcultural marketing
research, consultation, organizational development and cultural
competency training. As president of ETC, Dr. Erlich oversees all
phases of the firm's business as well as moderating both Spanish-language
and general market focus groups, and leading cultural competency
training sessions.
Andrew Erlich is an active
member of the National Speakers Association, The Speakers Academy
and the Arizona Speakers Association. He has also written articles
for publications like Marketing News, Quirk's Market Research Review,
the Journal of Marketing and International Business Magazine.
Dr. Erlich, who was raised
in El Paso, Texas, is English-Spanish bilingual. He is a Cum Laude
graduate of the University of Texas where he received a B. A. in
History. Dr. Erlich received an M. A. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology
from the California School of Professional Psychology. |

Cherbosque, Ph.D. |
| A native
of Mexico City, Dr. Cherbosque has more than 12 years experience
in qualitative research. Dr. Cherbosque has provided grassroots
psychological interventions in the Los Angeles Latino community.
His areas of expertise also include management training on cultural
diversity in the workplace.
Dr. Cherbosque has developed
and implemented presentations and seminars on diversity management,
team building, communications and supervisory skills and organizational
effects of stereotyping and cultural barriers. A former member of
the adjunct faculty at Antioch University in Los Angeles and William
Lyon University in San Diego, Dr. Cherbosque is now affiliated with
UCLA.
A member of Phi Beta
Kappa, he received his M. S. in Counseling at the University of
Southern California where he also earned his Ph.D. in Counseling
Psychology. Dr. Cherbosque is fluent in Spanish and English. He
moderates many of ETC's Spanish-language focus groups. |

Castillo |
|
A native of Mexico City, Enrique has been a professional moderator
since 1992. His association with ETC began in 2000.
Since working with ETC, his research projects have included studies
for General Growth Properties, State Farm Insurance, La Victoria
and various governmental agencies. He also manages all of ETC's
written, Spanish-language translations.

Rabinovich |
|
A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she moderated focus
groups for over eight years before moving to the U.S. She also worked
as a project director for Research International Qualitatif, Navarro
y Asociados. Her work in Argentina covered a multitude of categories
and markets like Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Brazil and Mexico.
Her ETC clients include the National Association of Hispanic Nurses,
Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, San Diego Museum of Natural History,
Mayo Clinic and Wells Fargo Bank.
Ms. Rabinovich is CCI Certified and is a researcher at Los Angeles
Children’s Hospital in the Department of Hematology and Oncology.
She is also a registered psychologist in Argentina and is, at the
present time, in the processing of obtaining her license in California.

Argus, M. A. |
| Ms. Argus
was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico. She received a B. A.
in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and
a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
Ms. Argus worked in Academic
Advising at UCLA's Department of Psychology for fourteen years.
She is currently working towards licensure as a Marriage and Family
Therapist and certification as an Employee Assistance Professional.
Ms. Argus has gained
a variety of clinical experience in educational and non-educational
mental health settings. Currently she is a therapist for the UCLA
staff and Faculty Counseling Center and at Didi Hirsch Community
Mental Health Center.
Beth is one of ETC’s
Cultural Competency trainers. A member of the UCLA Staff and Counseling
Center, her ETC clients include Chase Manhattan Bank and Showtime.

Tetta |
| As Community
Relations Liaison for a large, non-profit health plan in Los Angeles,
Ms. Tetta facilitates community advisory committee meetings and
assists Latino community members in identifying the needs of their
communities. She has conducted focus groups and in-depth individual
interviews for UCLA and RAND Corporation in both English and Spanish.
Ms. Tetta received a
Masters in Public Health from UCLA. She also received Certification
in Leadership and Management from Loyola Marymount University and
a B.A. from Fordham University in New York. |

| Mr. Jiang
has been moderating focus groups for ETC for the past seven years,
as well as directing qualitative research projects. His research
clients have included Kang & Lee, Muse, Cordero, Chen and Partners,
U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, AT&T, Asian American
Advertising, Imada Wang Communications, StarTec, Bell Atlantic,
Prudential, Best Foods and Bank of America. In addition to moderating
and project directing, Mr. Jiang trains and coordinates all in-house
Asian recruiters and interviewers for ETC.
Huafu Jiang completed
a master's degree program in Education at Southern Illinois University.
He holds a B. A. in English Language and Literature from Nanjing
Teachers' University in the People's Republic of China. Mr. Jiang
speaks English and both Mandarin and Shanghai dialects. |

Wang, Ph.D. |
| Dr.
Wang has been moderating Mandarin Chinese focus groups for Erlich
Transcultural Consultants since 1991. Dr. Wang is a member of the
Asian American Psychological Association and the American Psychological
Association.
Her community involvement
includes projects for the Agency Directory for elderly Asian Americans,
the Asian Human Care Center, the San Gabriel Valley Asian Task Force
and the Asian Pacific Family Center. Her ETC clients include AT&T,
Sprint, NYNEX, ITT Hartford, Principal Financial Group and Pacific
Bell.
Dr. Wang is based in
Seattle. |

| Ms. Wang
was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and moved to the United States after completing
her high school education there. Ms. Wang then completed her bachelor's
degree in business administration in the United States. Ms. Wang has
been with ETC for one year and her clients include Kang & Lee and
Porter Novelli. |

Chow has been with ETC since January of 1992. She was born and received
her elementary education in Hong Kong. Ms. Chow completed her high
school, college, and graduate studies in the United States.
As a Cantonese-speaking
Urban Planner who has worked extensively with the cities of Monterey
Park and Whittier, she brings a special perspective and depth of
understanding to the contemporary needs of the Chinese community.
Her qualitative clients include AT&T International Long Distance,
So. California Edison, Sprint, Bank of America, Fidelity Investments,
Aetna Insurance, National Cancer Institute and Freddie Mac. |

| Dr.
Leung has been with ETC since 1988. He is fluent in Cantonese and
English.
As a Hong Kong-born and
USC-educated Social Psychologist, he particularly enjoys applying
his cultural expertise to marketing problems. Dr. Leung has worked
extensively on research for AT&T (International and Domestic), Young
and Rubicam, Duty Free Shops, and the Principal Financial Group.
Dr. Leung received his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.

Ms.
Ro is a native of Korea. She is a businesswoman who has a strong background
in interpersonal communications. Her research clients have included

Kim works for the U.S. Census Bureau and is in charge of the Bureau's

| Mr. Obusan
has been moderating Filipino focus groups for ETC since 1997. His
focus group assignments include CPC International/Best Foods, Pepsi,

Mr. Obusan received his
B. A. from the University of the Philippines. He completed graduate
studies in Applied Anthropology and Sociology at Ateneo de Manila
University. He was Chief Researcher for the National Housing Authority
in Manila and is now, in addition to working with ETC, a Program
Developer for Search to Involve Pilipino Americans, Inc. in Los
Angeles. |

| Jasmine
is ETC's newest moderator. In addition to her moderating responsibilities,
she teaches computer software for Hacienda-La Puente Unified School
District Adult Education Department. |

| Dr. Litton
is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Loyola Marymount
University. He teaches courses on Multicultural Education and Second
Language acquisition.
Dr. Litton has presented
at the International Studies Department at Mirriam College and the
Literature Department at De La Salle University, both in Manila,
Philippines. The title of his presentation was "The Journey
of 100 Years: Culture and Filipinos in America." Among his
professional alliances is membership in the American Educational
Research Association, the California Association for Bilingual Education
and the California Association for Asian and Pacific American Education. |

Ms.
Nabeshima has been with ETC since 2000. She was born and educated
in Japan. She is fluent in both English and Japanese. Her bicultural
experience, coupled with her studies and work in the field of communications,

clients have included Northwest Airlines, AT&T, and Unilever. A
graduate of UCLA, she worked in the field of music production and
publishing prior to joining ETC. |

Chawla, Ph.D. |
Dr. Chawla is a skilled moderator and has conducted focus groups
with a variety of audiences, including teenagers, healthcare professionals
and the elderly. She is from India and is also available to conduct
groups in Hindi.
In her position as
Associate Director for Research and Strategic Planning at Porter
Novelli, Dr. Chawla works on health promotion and disease prevention
campaigns for a variety of clients, including the Federal government,
non-profit organizations and private sector corporations. She
is responsible for the design, implementation and analysis of
qualitative and quantitative research studies and has guided the
work of many moderators in that capacity.
Her research clients
include the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the US
Agency for International Development, the Office of National Drug
Control Policy, the National Cancer Institute and the Environmental
Protection Agency.
Purnima Chawla has
a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Columbia University, with a
specialization in human communication. Her work at Columbia focused
on the factors that affect the comprehension and impact of messages
in different media, and she has published several papers in this
area. She has also been trained as a moderator at the RIVA training
institute in Bethesda, MD.

| Dr. Gunn
has been moderating focus groups for ETC since 1996. Her research
clients include International Council of Shopping Centers, Denny's,
the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Southwestern
Bell, Eastridge Mall, Powell-Tate, Farmers Insurance, Taco Bell
and Mattel. Along with Ms. Zarate, Dr. Gunn facilitated a major
study for the Watts Health Center (United Health Plan). This study
was conducted among African-American and Caucasian recipients of
California's Aid For Dependent Children benefits.
For the past 20 years,
she has been involved in management and personnel development, training
programs and applied research. Her expertise lies in organizational,
management and program development with an emphasis on human resources,
leadership, cross-cultural and diversity issues, as well as qualitative
research methods.
The University of Michigan
granted Dr. Gunn a Ph.D. in Community Psychology. Among other organizations,
she is a member of the Association of Black Psychologists, the American
Association of University Women and American Society on Training
and Development. She volunteers on the Venice Family Clinic Advisory
Board and is a commissioner for the City of Santa Monica. Dr. Gunn
is a member of the Santa Monica College teaching staff. |

Randal Henry, MPH |
In addition
to his work with ETC, S. Randal Henry is an Evaluation Consultant
at the First AME Church in Los Angeles. His duties there include
conducting focus groups to assess perceptions and knowledge of and
to reveal participants' attitudes toward and behaviors about various
issues facing the African American community. In addition, he is
a Senior Public Administration Analyst for UCLA. His primary responsibility
there is the Community Access Project for the Westside Health Coalition.
He is a past UCLA Violence Prevention Research Group Fellow. He
also received an Academic Fellowship from the California Wellness
Foundation in violence Prevention Research.
Randal's ETC research clients include a UCLA and the San Diego Natural
History Museum. |

| Ms. Porter
has been involved with ETC since 1996. She was the principal moderator
on a national, three year focus group project conducted throughout
the U.S. for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Her responsibilities
included not only moderating but also testing a training manual
developed by the CDC for use in underserved areas.
After serving for several years as a Human Resources trainer for
a major bottled water company, she returned to ETC recently to moderate
focus groups in Houston among African American nursing students
on behalf of the Mayo Clinic. |

| Dr. Holmes
is ETC's newest moderator and trainer. She is a member of the American
Psychological Association, both the National and Southern California
Associations of Black Psychologists and was a founding member os
Ujimaa (Association of African American Students).
Her work at ETC has included training seminars focusing on cross-cultural sales success.

specializes in research designed for concept development and positioning,
advertising, packaging, and product and corporate image studies.
Dr. Mason has had extensive
experience in field administration of consumer surveys in the Southeastern
region of the United States and has worked as an independent focus
group moderator for in-depth assessment of consumer attitudes, behavior
and awareness of products, services, and issues. Holding both the
Master of Arts and Ph.D. degrees in Counseling Psychology from Atlanta
University, Dr. Mason has conducted professional training in communication
and counseling skills in both the corporate and academic arenas.
Dr. Mason has also served as Director of Sponsored Research for
Atlanta University, where she directed all phases of project development,
monitoring and maintenance of sponsored research activities.
Dr. Mason's ETC clients
have included the National Association of Realtors, Farmers Insurance
and Wells Fargo. |

| Dr. Alkalesi
has over 25 years experience in Arabic language translation, teaching
and cultural consultation. He has supervised as well as translated
numerous documents for major corporations and has edited translated
texts and books. He coordinates Arabic language programs designed
for American business people working in the Middle East, including
cross-cultural orientations.
Dr. Alkalesi received
a Ph.D. in Archaeology from Yale University and holds a master's
degree in Archaeology and Languages from the University of Baghdad.
He has been a lecturer in both classical and spoken Arabic at Yale
University, the University of California at Los Angeles and California
State University at Fullerton. |

She has conducted numerous focus groups on the gaming industry and

Ms. Marshall is an enrolled
member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. She has a B. S. in psychology

| Having
joined the staff of ETC in 1993, Ms. Lawton is the Director of ETC's
qualitative research department and has contributed articles to
Quirk's Marketing Research Review and Urban Call, a publication
for urban retailers. Ms. Lawton also moderates general market focus
groups.
Ms. Lawton has 30 years
experience in education, business administration, public and media
relations including development, production and coordination of
seminars, conferences, trade shows, sales meetings and special events.
For more than 32 years, she has been involved in feature writing,
editing, strategic planning and development of promotional materials
for the entertainment industry.
Ms. Lawton received her
B. A. in English/Theatre/Journalism from the University of Cincinnati
where she also participated in post-graduate studies. Ms. Lawton
continued her post-graduate studies at UCLA. She holds a State of
California Standard Teaching Credential and certifications from
the Center for Early Education and Reiss-Davis Child Study Center.
